Developing a viable and effective business plan is essential for media organizations, a necessary foundation for sustainability and growth — indeed, for an organization’s very survival.
Join this workshop to hear how to do it from a media strategy pro with a long track record in large and small media alike. The strategy development process will be covered and include: how to define an organization’s mission and vision, its unique value proposition, understanding audiences, defining strategic priorities, developing goals and action plans, a timeline, and a business plan.
