Document of the Day: HIV/AIDS International Surveillance Data Base
The United States Census Bureau’s HIV/AIDS Surveillance Data Base is a compilation of information from widely scattered small-scale surveys on the AIDS pandemic and HIV seroprevalence (infection) in population groups in developing countries from 1960 to 2017. The database hosts information from medical and scientific literature, presentations at international conferences and the press. Search the database for HIV/AIDS incidences by country, geographic area, year, population subgroup, sex and age group. You can also find relevant data via publications by searching via an author’s name, the year published, title or organization name.
