Genel metan emisyonlar\u0131, Paris merkezli kurulu\u015f Uluslararas\u0131 Enerji Ajans\u0131 (IEA) taraf\u0131ndan takip edilmekte ve <a rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.iea.org\/reports\/global-methane-tracker-2024\">Methane Tracker 2024<\/a>&#8216;te yay\u0131nlanmaktad\u0131r. \u00dclkelere g\u00f6re veriler, emisyonlar hakk\u0131nda bilgi sa\u011flayan IEA\u2019n\u0131n\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.iea.org\/articles\/methane-tracker-database\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Metan \u0130zleyici Veritaban\u0131<\/a>ndan eri\u015fmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn ve \u201cazaltma potansiyeli\u201d olan konulara y\u00f6nelik tahminleri yapmak da m\u00fcmk\u00fcn.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ara\u015ft\u0131rma\/haber fikirleri:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>*\u00dclkenizin emisyonu nedir?<br \/>\n*Nereden geliyor?<br \/>\n*\u00d6l\u00e7\u00fcmler do\u011fru mu?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Ulusal metan emisyonlar\u0131 verileri, Birle\u015fmi\u015f Milletler \u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi \u00c7er\u00e7eve S\u00f6zle\u015fmesi (UNFCCC) uyar\u0131nca ulusal h\u00fck\u00fcmetler taraf\u0131ndan BM \u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi\u2019ne sunulur.<\/p>\n<p>Geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkeler, sera gaz\u0131 emisyonlar\u0131 hakk\u0131nda\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/unfccc.int\/ghg-inventories-annex-i-parties\/2021\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Ulusal Envanter Raporlar\u0131<\/a>\u00a0(NIR\u2019ler) ad\u0131 verilen y\u0131ll\u0131k raporlar sunmakta. (UNFCCC sitesinde Ulusal Envanter G\u00f6nderimleri 2021\u2019e bakabilirsiniz). Geli\u015fmekte olan \u00fclkeler,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/unfccc.int\/national-reports-from-non-annex-i-parties\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">emisyon verilerini<\/a>\u00a0Bienal G\u00fcncelleme Raporlar\u0131n\u0131n (BUR\u2019ler) bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olarak sunarlar.<\/p>\n<p>Metan emisyonlar\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm\u00fcndeki kritik bir nokta var o da her \u00fclkenin tahminlerini yapmak i\u00e7in farkl\u0131 metodolojileri kullanmakta \u00f6zg\u00fcr olmas\u0131. Bu da verileri \u015f\u00fcpheli hale getirir.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00fck\u00fcmetler taraf\u0131ndan toplanan metan emisyonu verileriyle ilgili bir di\u011fer temel sorun, bunlar\u0131n ger\u00e7ek \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmlere de\u011fil, tahminlere ve denklemlere dayanmas\u0131d\u0131r.
