The Supporting Independent Media in Syria (SIMS) program fosters sustainable independent media in Syria and empowers Syrians of diverse backgrounds by offering reliable, locally relevant sources that promote accountability, counter extremist narratives, promote gender equity, and encourage social cohesion.
The Training and Journalism Officer will support the Editorial Director in activity implementation, administration, training management, working very closely with the rest of the program team. The Training and Journalism Officer in close coordination with the team will work on a range of program components and activities.
