Renee Sandler

Renee has cultivated a career of more than 30 years in the private, public, and non-profit sectors, serving in a variety of leadership roles. Over the past 15 years she has focused her career on service leadership in nonprofit organizations dedicated to supporting at-risk and vulnerable populations, including generational poverty, recidivism reduction, and minority and at-risk youth entrepreneurship. Renee has served as director of human resources in three organizations, overseeing all aspects of hiring, compliance, and oversight. She is pursuing a Senior Certified Professional Certification with the Society of Human Resource Management. As founder and chief executive officer of a consumer packaged goods corporation, Renee led the company from a small start-up to an international company with distribution in five countries, including 85% of top US retailers. The company was named Best in American Manufacturing for 3 consecutive years. It was acquired by a private equity group and resulted in Renee being honored as Consumer Goods Executive of the Year and in her nomination for Atlanta Businessperson of the Year.
