re:Baltica Investigates Latvia Health System

The Baltic Centre for Investigative Journalism has released a new project looking at major health care reform in Latvia. While officials say the changes will be fairer to taxpayers, fight the grey economy and bring more money into healthcare, doctors and others argue the changes will not make people healthier and leave 100,000 uninsured.
