Tools: Google Releases New Data GIF Maker

Network Visualization: Deals for Developers

The reporters began with a database of roughly 100,000 campaign contributions in D.C. municipal elections since 2003. They also obtained lists of property tax breaks and other annual subsidies granted by city officials in recent years.
